Tried and tested process
The first stage of the process is heavily client-driven. We ensure we fully understand clients before working with our resourcers to comprehensively map the best in the market. We conduct all interviews personally, gaining extensive details on suitability. Once candidates have passed through all these stages, there is the client interview stage. We place one in every four candidates who reach this stage, saving our client’s time.
A search service is our most effective service. When retained, we devote a number of staff to work on your vacancy until completion, ensuring a wider range of candidates and a higher chance of success. The length of the process varies depending on requirements but we normally suggest between 6-8 weeks from start to sign. We do our job, so you can focus on yours.
